Soenderborg Harbour

Sønderborg on Als, Denmark

Sønderborg Harbour lies stretched out along the center of town, close to King Christian X’s Bridge. The boats lie longitudinally along the charming harbour front with a view of Sønderborg Castle.

The harbour is a part of the city’s cultural life with its many cafés, restaurants and the concert hall Alison. The city is divided into two parts by the Sound of Als and entering the narrow water is an experience in its own right. The harbour is stretched out on both sides of the bridge, which opens every half an hour.
