Nibe Yacht harbor is a beautiful and popular marina located at the charming city of Gl. Købstad Nibe near the Limfjord. The harbor attracts sailors and motorhomes from near and far. It is surrounded by inspired red Skagen houses, which are inhabited all year round and help to bring life to the harbor. Nibe Yacht Harbor is A-classified and is certified as a safe harbor with all imaginable rescue equipment. It is divided into two basins, one for dinghies which are primarily used by recreational fishermen, and one reminiscent of former fishing. The other basin is used for the newer marina, which is operated as a private port.
If a more detailed description of the area is desired, leaflets can be found in the middle building by the payment machine.
Next to the harbor office there is an ice cream shop and the new sailing lounge which was built in 2023. The sailing lounge is for the port's guest sailors and motorhomes, who are also welcome at Nibe Marina. A nice extension has been made for these guests - this area can be used around 1.6 2024.
If larger gatherings are desired, you can contact Nibe sailing club for rent/loan of the sailing club's new premises.
There are fine facilities here; toilets and showers, washing machine as well as electricity and fresh water on the bridges. Several grocery stores and a Jem & Fix (builders merchant) are within walking distance. There are several places to eat in the town close to the harbor.
In the marina there is also a harbor bath, which is operated and controlled by Aalborg municipality.
