Dragoer Harbour
Dragoer Harbour
Dragoer Harbour is one of the cosiest harbours in Denmark. With its position so close to the old part of town, as well as the shipping and the fishing industry, it provides the maritime atmosphere that sailors love so much. The unique shed town with its buoys, yarn and fish crates, is part of a well-kept cultural environment of the harbour. It is an oasis of its own which has to be experienced first hand. The town with its many historical buildings, and narrow, cobbled alleys, is the epitome of idyll.
The harbour has many modern facilities, as well as a smokehouse and the occasional sale of fresh fish. Close to the harbour, in the old part of town, you will find different kinds of restaurants to spoil your palate.
Also, there is a great bathing beach and a playground for children. Dragør’s position close to Copenhagen Airport makes it a popular meeting point when the crew is switching. At the same time, there is a great connection to the centre of Copenhagen with all of the capital’s attractions.
